Tworkout!
This here workout’s tailored to fit into the standard Biggest Loser show. Normally I’d tweet the workout during the show, but I’m going to be at a hot yoga class tonight (first time – hope I survive!). You can also use this is you DVR the show!
So….here’s the workout. Enjoy! And let me know how you do!
1st rule – fill up a water bottle and drink at least 2 oz during each segment of the show.
1st commercial break: wall sit, entire commercial break
2nd: crunches, as many as you can do during break
3rd: push ups – 20, any style
4th: squats through entire break
5th: pretend like you’re jump roping through entire break
6th: reverse crunches, as many as you can do. (these are where you rest on your elbows and draw your knees to your chest)
7th: hold plank position as long as you can
8th: lunges through entire break
9th: stride jumps through entire break (stand with one foot about 2 feet ahead of the other, then switch, switch, switch – like you’re striding)
10th: STRETCH!
